Nightshade Relish

Here's the relish to go with the onion biscuits. So tasty and easy.
Roast 2 egg plants and 2 capsicums splosh of olive oil 200 deg C for 30 mins.
When slightly cool, cut up in chunks, removing seeds (capsicum) and stems etc. Add more oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, cayenne pepper. Whizz in food processor but keep it chunky. You can add garlic but this time I didn't.
Very nice with those onion biscuits.
