Tons of rocket from the garden, cashews, olive oil, lemon juice, salt/pepper, chili and parmesan cheese. Whizz it up in the food processor.
The kids loved it! We adults ate it on cavalis with some Tassie cheese. Num num :o)
Rocket is good for you, it contains lots of calcium, it has iron and Vit C and other goodies. However like all good things, too much isn't good either, it contains erucic acid with is toxic in large doses. So may don't have it for breakfast , lunch and tea for the next year regardless of much you like it ;o)
